I consider my approach a healing path for issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, helping to connect with Self and others and live our full potential.  Working with diversity and the richness of different cultures, noticing what arises within us forms an important part of my work.

Working with parent(s) carers and children:

I offer an integrative art / play therapy approach to support parents and children to feel connected, promote bonds of attachment, self-esteem and trust.  It is based on the natural patterns of playful interaction between parents/caregivers and child, supported by the therapist, to promote confidence and develop joyful creative and healthy relationships.
